Enliva offers a 30-day returns policy. This means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, once this period has expired, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as your order number or invoice number, is required.
Returns must not be sent directly to the manufacturer and must never be sent without prior approval.

Before returning any item, you must first contact Enliva Customer Support by email at info@enliva.uk. We will register your request and provide clear return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Process
Contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of delivery at info@enliva.uk. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your return has been approved, you will receive confirmation along with detailed instructions. The item must be returned within 14 days of approval. We strongly recommend keeping your proof of postage.
After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive confirmation by email.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days using the same payment method as the original purchase (credit card or PayPal). Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. If this applies, please contact Customer Support at info@enliva.uk and include clear photos of the item and its packaging.
Return Shipping Costs and Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of postage.
