When will my order be delivered?
We aim to deliver your order within up to 7 working days. In exceptional circumstances, such as courier delays or customs processing, delivery may take slightly longer. You will always receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Where is my order shipped from?
Products are dispatched from our international distribution centre. This allows us to offer a wide and carefully selected product range at competitive prices while maintaining efficient logistics.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code by email. You can follow your shipment using the link provided in your dispatch confirmation.

My order has not arrived – what should I do?
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact Enliva Customer Support at info@enliva.uk. We will investigate the matter promptly.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is always free on all orders within the United Kingdom. We do not charge any hidden fees.

How do I return a product?
You may return a product within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Before sending a return, you must first contact Enliva Customer Support at info@enliva.uk so that the return can be registered in our system.

Will I receive a refund after returning an item?
Yes. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 working days using the same payment method as the original order (credit card or PayPal).

What should I do if my item is damaged during delivery?
Please contact Enliva Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving the product at info@enliva.uk.

Include your order number and clear photographs of both the item and the packaging. We will assist you with a solution as quickly as possible.

Do your products come with a warranty?
