At Enliva, your order is dispatched directly from our international warehouse. This allows us to offer carefully selected products at competitive prices while optimising logistics and reducing environmental impact. This approach supports sustainability while maintaining excellent value for money.

Always Free Delivery

We offer free delivery across the United Kingdom on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Processing and Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. Orders placed before 11:00 PM are processed the same working day where possible. This does not apply to weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking details.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is up to 7 working days. In exceptional circumstances, such as courier delays or customs processing, delivery may take longer.

You can track your parcel at any time via the link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

Checking Your Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before confirming your order. If you have entered incorrect details, contact us as soon as possible at info@enliva.uk.

We will do our best to amend the information before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.

Order Cancellation

Orders are processed quickly and cannot usually be cancelled after payment. However, you always retain a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of receiving your order. Full return instructions can be found in our Returns Policy.

Parcel Not Received

If your parcel has not arrived, please wait 24 hours, as delivery may occur the following day.

Check your letterbox, safe place, neighbours, and any designated collection point. If your parcel still cannot be located, please contact Customer Support at info@enliva.uk.

Investigation of Lost Shipments

If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, we will initiate an investigation with the courier. Investigations may take some time, and we appreciate your patience. Our aim is always to reach a fair and clear resolution.

Uncollected or Refused Parcels

If a parcel is not collected or is refused, it may not automatically be returned to Enliva. In such cases, a refund cannot be guaranteed.

We may offer to resend the order once free of charge. Additional re-shipments may incur a delivery fee.

Order Tracking

You can track your order at any time using your order number and email address via our tracking service.

Returns and Refunds

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Once the return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 working days via the original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Full details are available in our Returns Policy.

Damaged Delivery

If your item has been damaged during transit, please contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery at info@enliva.uk.

Include your order number and clear photographs of both the item and its packaging.
